The marriage between LINDA LARKIN, 3416 Sloan Road, Fort ~ Pierce, Florida, and CRAIa LARKIN be and the same is hereby ~ dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever ~ freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing betNeen ~ them and from the obligations arising therefrom. € 2. Custody of MICHELLE RENEE LARKIN, minor child of the ~ parties, is hereby awarded to LINDA LARKZN, rith reasonable ~ visitation rights res~rved to CRAIt3 LARKIN, consisting of the ; right to pick up said child at the mother's home on Friday evening ` and take said child to the father's grandparents home for the _ ~ ; weekend. The father shall return the child to the mother's home ; ; on each Sunday evening. The mother is allowed to remove the ~ child from the state of Florida no more than tMO weeks at a _ ~ time without permission of thi8 Court. ~ 3. Commencing the lst day of October, 1973, CRAIG LARKIN ~ shall pay to LINDA LARKIN the sum of ~15.00 each and every week, ~ for the support of the child named above. ~ Each payment shall~'be made to the Clerk of this Court and by ~ him remitted promptly to LINDA LARKIN. In addition there is ~ hereby assessed the sum of ~1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made ~ in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties ~ are ordered to keep the C lerk of this Court advised of their . ~ mailing and residence addresses at all times Mhile this order is ~ in effect. 4. Each of the parties is hereby enJoined and restrained ~ ~ 3 ~ from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other. ~ ~ ;s:= 5. Pursuant to the oral stipulation entered before the Court ~ each party is to pay his oWn attorney's fees and coats. ~ ~ ~ 6.
