That for divers good and valuable consideretions, and also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in :

remise, release, and convey and rnnfirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, all of thet certain tract of land of which

Beginning at the NE corner of Lot 11 of Block 5 of FORT PIERCE-
HIGHLANDS, UNIT ONE, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10,
at Page 29, St. Lucie County records, thence run South along the P
East line of said Lot 11 a distance of 110 feet to a point; thence
with an interior angle of 90 degrees, run West, parallel with the ~
Nortti line of said Lot 11, and the extension thereof,'a distance ~
of 100.92 feet, to the West line of Lot 10 of said Block 5; thence ~

run North, along the West line of Lot 10, and its extension, a ~
distance of 110 feet to a point of intersection with the South line ~
of Highland Boulevard; thence run East, along the South line of ~
Highland Boulevard to point of beginning; subject, however, to ease- ;
