1. That he is the President of the LAKEWOOD PAItK PROPTRTY
OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a non-profit corporation of the State
of Florida, which has been assigned all the rights and reservations
of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORATION, LAKTiY00D PARK CCINST~tUCTYON CORPORATION,
and LAKE INDRIO CORPOBATION, said Assignment being recv.rded in
Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk Qf-~
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain
lot, block, and unit numbers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for
nonpayment of maintenance fees assessed, said Affidavit being
recorded in~Official Becord Book, 148 page 563 , Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
hereby rel~ase, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit
now on record against the following property, since said arrearage~:r •
