the owners and holders of a certain mortgage given by ALEX MEYER and

BEULA M. MEYER, his wife, to HABTMAL, INC., a Florida corporation, and
JACK POPICK and RUTH POPICK, his wife, bearing date the 8th day of
August, 1972, recorded in O. R. Book 204, page 2941 in the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida,
given to secure the sum of FIVE THOUSAND FNE HUNDRED DOLLARS
($S,S00.00), evidenced by two certain notes, upon the following
described property, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
State of Florida, to-wit:
As described in that certain mortgage recorded iri
0. R. Book 204, page 2941, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and assigned by Assignment
of Mortgage dated December 2, 1972 and recorded in
0. R. Book 211, page 1816, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida,
have received full payment of said indebtedness, and do hereby acknowledge
; satisfaction of said mortgage, and hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit
