STANFORD, Husband, ~ i and _ : _ ESTHER LEE STANFORD, ; 4 Wife. ~ ; ~ ~ . ~ FINAL JUDGMENT ~ DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ; This cause came on for trial.the I.st day of October, 1973, Z ~ ~ and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, ~ ~ finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties ~ and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and ~ ~ i wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between ~ ; ~ the parties is-irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It ~ ~ is thereupon ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JAMES C. ~ ~ STANFORD and ESTHER LEE STANFORD be and the same is hereby dissolved, ~ ~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the ~ bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the ~ obliqations arising therefrom. ~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of ROB*!J STANFORD and TANDY STANFORD, ~ x minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to ESTHER LEE ~ a STANFORD with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband. r~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 7~ day of , 1973, JAMES C. STANFORD shall pay to ESTHER LEE STANFORD the sum of r 0~ ~ S J~;~- each and every week, for the support of the children named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and ~ ~ by him remitted promptly to ESTHER LEE STANFORD.
