Box 405, Fort Pierce, Florida, second parties; ~

WHEREAS, ~~'alter Peterson, the husband and father, respectively, of
the second parties died intestate at Fort Pierce, Florida. on December 20, t
- 1970, leaving surviving as his sole heirs at law, the parties of the second ~
~ ' part; and
WHEREAS the estate of Walter Peterson has been completely adminis-
tered in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the ordersof
Court as will more fully appear by reference to Case No. 71-1 in the Circuit =
~
Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of St. Lucie County, Florida, (Probate ~
;
~
Division) vMith all debts, costs of administration and estate taxes, (State and ~
;
Federal) having been paid; and the parties of the second part have filed in
said cause their consent in writing to final settlement and discharge pur-
suant t o Section 734. 22(2) Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable that evidence be placed of record that
the titles to the real properties owned by the said Walter Peterson at the
time of his demise, with a single exception hereafter noted, are clearly
vested in parties of the second part free and clear .of any claim of the ad-

NOW, THEREFORE, THIS DEEI~ WITNESSETH, that the said party ~

of the first part as Administratrix, for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar in hand paid by the said second parties, the receipt whereof is
