KNOW AlL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Citizens federal Savings and Loan Association of St. Lucie Counry, a
corporation under the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Harry Gay
and Mabel Gay, his wife dated Apri 1 26 ~q67 , and recorded
in the public ~ecords of Sa i n t Luc i e County, Florida, in Official Record Book ~ 66 on page
22 ~ , securing the payment of the sum of
Four Thousand and no/100 Dollars(E 4.000.00 )
covering property in the Couny of Sa i nt Luc i e , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth
hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said
mortgage in and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the afore-
said County to cancel the same of record.
