(3) Communicating any threats or invitations to engage ~

(4) Molesting, abusing, threatening, coercing, using ~

abusive or profane language, intimidating or committing any acts
of violence at or tawards the plaintiff or its property or its
employees or its servants, or any of its customers or suppliers

or employees, or any other persons desiring to enter or leave ~

plaintiff's said Hutchinson Island premises so described in paragraph ~

(2) above. ~

(5) Trespassing upon or damaging or causing to be damaged ~
