This cause coming on to be heard upon the Motion of the
Wife, VIRGINIA M. VILIANO, by and through her undersigned
attorneys for a Default Judgment against the Husband on her ~
Counter-Petition for failure to file any Answer or_other de-
fensive pleadings to the Wife's Counter-Petition after due ~

notice to counsel for the Husband, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED that a Default Judgment be and the same is hereby
entered against the Husband, RALPH V. VILLANO, for failure to
serve or file any Answer or defensive pleadings to the Counter- €
Petition filed herein by the Wife. ~
