wife, had entered into a contract to purcllase-the above described
property from Alphonse P. DeLisa and Frances A. DeLisa, his wife,
on February 20, 1973.
5. Based on my knowledge of the above stated facts, it
is my opinion the first contract entered into between Alphonse P.

DeLisa and ~rances A. DeLisa with Wilson J. Walker and Dorothy P. ~
Walker, is superior to the contract entered into between Alphonse
P. DeLisa and Frances A. DeLisa and Charles L. Fontana and Rita '
Fontana, his wife.
