This cause having come on for final hearing and final judgment, and it appearing from the testimony to the
Court that the goods described in the complaint was wrongfully detained by the Defendant, and 1he same has `

been delive~ed to the Plaintif£ by the Officer who executed the replevy writ, and the Plaintiff having waived '

;ts claim for damages caused by said detention and moved the Court for the entry of a final judgment and the ~
