wherever the mntext so requires or admits, as parties of the first part, and COMMUNITY FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF RIVIERA BEACH, a corporation existing under the laws of the United States of America, hereinafter
called the Mortgagee, which term as used in every instance shall include the Mortgagee's successors, legal representa-
tives, and assigns, as party of the second part. ;
WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in conside~ation of the aggregate ;
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinaher described, the Mortgagor does g~ant, ~
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following described ~

~ TOGETHER with all structures and improvements now and hereafter o?~ said land and the fixtures attached
f thereto and all rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises all of which are included
~ within the foregoing description and the habendum hereof. Also alt gas, steam, electric, water and other heating,
cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliances, fixtures
and appurtenances, which now or may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even though ihey
may be detached or detachable.
IT IS I1IUTUALLY COVENANTED AND AGREED by and between the parties hereto that upon request of the Mo~t-
~agor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at .ts option, at anyt~me with~n twenty (20) years from ~he date hereof and be-
- fore fu~l payment of th~s mortgage and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgag~r and any such
further advances, with interest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an add~tional note then
