~ If a conveyance shoul~l be made by the m~rtgagors of the premises herein described, or any part
~ there~f, wishout the written consent of th ,,~ssociation, and without ~assumption in regular form of

~ gage, then, and in that event, and at the oRtion of the ~ Association,. and without notice, all sums of
money secured hereby shall immediatelv and concurreritly'with such conveyance become due and pay-
~ able and in default. The Association reserves th~-rigMt to wifhhold consent.to any such conveyance
~ and assumpiion until and unless satis~~~t~ 4~'~a~cial~re~ and othe~ personal data required by the
~ Associaticn are furnished to the Association by the party quiring tiile to the premises, or any part i
~ thereaf. By g~ving its consent to such conveyance, the Assaciation shall not be deemed to have released
~ the mertgagor hereunder from any liability hereunder. The Association may deal with successors in in-
y~= ter~st with reference to this mortage and the debt hereby secured in the same manner as with the
~ mortgagors, and may forbear to sue or may extend ~ime for payment of the debi, secured hereby, or
~ ott~erwise act without discharg~ng or in any way affecting the liability of the mortgagors hereunder
or upon the debt hereby secured. The Association may also deal w~th the Mortgagors and/or with
successors in interest with reference to this mortgage and the debt hereby secured by forbearing to
sue, extendin ; the time for payment of the debt, providing for different monthly payments and/or a
dif ferent interest rate, and by other express modi fications of the contract, without losing any priority s
the Association has over other mortgagees or lienors or holders of any junior interest in the property ~
~ secured hereby.
Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or herearrer erected there-
7~ on or placed therein,_ including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or _
~ centrally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventila-
rrt tion or other services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, ircluding screens, window ~
- shades, storm doors and windows, tloor coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water heaters '
(all of which are intended to be and are here5y declared to be a part of said real estate whether phys~c- ~

said premises which are hereby pledged, assigned, transferred and set over unto rhe Mortgagee, whether ~
