THIS DEED made the 7 day of June • 197_,~~
by G. ALBERT BLOODWORTH an G. ERNEST BLOODWORTH, as surviving
Trustees under Agreement dated July 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book
230, page 480, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein-
after called the grantors, to CAL.VIN E. JONES, Calvin E. Jones. Jr. . Joseph
J. Jones, and David M. Jones. d/b/a Jones Investment Company
whose post office address is 3400 New York Avenue, NE, Washington, D. C.

hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is.hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lots 2 through 16, inclusive, in Block 16 and Lots 1 through
15, inclusive, of Block 17; ALL being in SAN LUCIE PLA'LA,
UNIT 1, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5,.page 57,
of the public records of St. L.ucie County, Florida. ~

TOGETHER with-all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that in
all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated JuZy 23,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free
of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, o
