ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGES
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That~VACHON CITRUS
COMPANY, a corporation existing under the laws of the State
of Florida, party of the first part, in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, '
bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the '

CITRUS COMPANY, and recorded in O. R. Book 209, at page 1017,-
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the follaw-
ing described property situate and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to wit:
The NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the S 1/2 of the
N 1/2, all in Section 22, Township 35 South,
Range 38 East; less and except all rights of
way for public roads and drainage canals, and
easements for pub lic utilties.
and that certain mortgage dated December 26, 1972, made by
ROBERT J. PREBIANCA in favor of VACHON CITI~US COMPANY, and ,
recorded in O. R. Book 209, at page 1021, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the following described pro-
: perty situate and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
