FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial this 4th day of October, 1973,
and the Court havinq qiven full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriaqe between the parties
ie irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The m~rriaqe between EDWIN
WILSON, and B~TTY CAROL WILSON be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matriuaony heretofore existing between them and from the obliqations
arisinq therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of PATRICIA ANN WILSON, age 4, is hereby

~ awarded to BETTY CAROL WILSON, with reasonable visitation riqhts reserved

j to the Husband, EDWIN WILSON.

9 3. SUPPORT. Coimnencing.the ~ day of October, 1973, EDWIN

~ WILSON shall pay to BETTY CAROL WILSON the swn of $~3
~

~ each and every week for the support of the child, PATRICIA ANN WILSON,
~ as provided for in the Agreement signed ~y the parties to this action.
~
~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
~ him remitted promptly to BETTY CAROL WILSON. In addition there is here-
~
~
~ by assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each pay-
~
~ ment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order
~ or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk
i
~ of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all
~
times while this Order ie in effect. J

~ 4. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines that the Agreement
~ -
~ of the parties as to attorney's fees to be paid to C. R. McDonald, Jr.,
