This cause came on for trial the 4th day of October, 1973, `
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evi-
dence, f inds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the ;
~
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; ~
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably i

broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~
4 1, The marriage between MARVIN MOLINE DEBOLT and
; JUDITH H. DEBOLT be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the

~ parties and each of them are hereby forever fre~d from the bonds
~
~ of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
~
~
~ obligations arising therefrom.
~ 2. Custody-of JEFFREY DEBOLT and DOUGLAS DEBOLT,
~ minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to JUDITH H.
~
~ DEBOLT with reasonable visitation rights reserved to MARVIN
~ OLINE DEBOLT. That MARVIN MOLINE DEBOLT shall have the right ~

to have the children with him and in his custody for one month ~
~
during the children's vacation period at a time to be agreed
~
- upon between the parties. The Husband shall notify the Wife,
