exercise this right to have the children with him during the
summer vacation period. Further, the Husband shall have the
right to have the children visit and be with him from December
26, 1973 until January 1, 1974; that each Christmas vacation
period thereafter the parties shall alternate the visitation
rights of the children during said Christmas vacation period. :

3. Commencing the 4th day of October, 1973, MARVIN
MOLINE DEBOLT shall pay to JUDITFi H. DEBOLT the sum of Two
Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dollars each and every month for the
support of the children named above. Each payment shall be made ~
to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to JUDITH
H. DEBOLT. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of One
($1.00) Dollar as statutory costs to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk. Al1 payments shall be made in cash, money ;
order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to

~ ~ keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their inailing and resi-

p dence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
~ Payments by the Husband for the support of the minor children

~ shall continue until each of the said children reach majority, '

marries or becomes self-supporting or dies, whichever event occurs ;

first. During the time the children are in the care, custody and

~ control of the Iiusband the support payments shall not be decreased ~

~ but shall continue to be made by the Husband to the Wife, except

~ as hereinafter provided.. .

4. That the Wife and the minor children shall have the
~ right to reside in the dwelling located at 4016 Greenwood Drive,
