of the furniture and furnishings located therein, and that the
Husband shall make the monthly mortgage installment payments
upon the property when the same become due and further, to pay
the real estate taxes and insurance on the dwelling when the
same become due and before they become delinquent. The Husband
shall maintain the yard and dweliing during the occupancy by the J
~Wife and the minor- children for a period of twenty-four.months #
commencing October 1, 1973. In the event the Wife should re- '

marry or move from the dwelling above described, then the home
and property shall be sold and the net proceeds divided equally
between the parties hereto; that said property shall not be sold
for less than Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) unless~the ~

5. That in the event the house is sold, then in that
event the child support shall increase to Two Hundred ($200.00)
Dollars per month per child, which said amount the Husband shall
pay to the Wife for the support and maintenance of the said minor
children.
6. The Husband agrees to pay all major doctor, hospital,
medical, dental and optical bills which may be reasonably neces-
sary for the care and health of the said minor children above -
named.
7. The Court reserves the right to grant alimony to the
Wife.
8. The Court determines that the sum of Four Hundred
($400.00) Dollars is reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his ;
