9. The Husband shall be responsible for and sha1Z ~
provide a college education for either or both of the minor
children above named which sha11 include board, tuition, books,
supplies and clothing. The Husband shall have the right to select ~

the college or institution of higher learning which the child or ~

children shall attend. That during the summer vaca tion period, t
in the event a child or the children reside with the Wife, then
the Husband shall pay support for the children as set out in
Paragraph 3 above.

10. The Husband, by appropriate instrument, shall '

transfer to the Wife the title to the I972 Chrysler automobile <
~
now in the possession of the Wife, subject to the retain title
contract thereon which the Wife agrees to assume and pay off.
11. That the 1968 Pontiac automobile and the oil
stock in the joint names of the parties hereto shall be the
sole property of the Husband and the Wife shall execute any
appropriate papers to transfer title to said automobile and

stock to the Husband. ;
12. That all debts now outstanding which were created
by the parties hereto during their coverture and prior to October
4, 1973, shall be the liability of the Husband and he shall be ~
responsible for the payment thereof.
13. That each of the parties is hereby enjoined and `

restrained from interfering with, harassing, or annoying the
~
other.
