determines: This Court has jurisdiction~of the parties and subject ~

matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists #

between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED RND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

2. RESTORATION OF NAME . BEVERLY IONE BURNEY, Wife, be and she is
hereby authorized to assume her maiden name of BEVERLY IONE PETERSON, and
to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. ,
