THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing on Petition of RUTH B. KIRBY, ~

authorizinq her as ~cecutrix aforesaid to sell to the Buyer, GENE
MOORE, III, as Trustee, or nominee, corporate or otherwise, certain s

real estate, at the price and upon the terms described and set forth ;

in the Contract for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate dated May 29, ;

1973, attached to the Petition, and it appearing to the Court that =

the sale of said real estate is in the best interest of said Estate

and the Court being fully advised in the premises, IT IS
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that RUTH B. KIRBY, as Executrix of the

~ Estate of Ed. C. Wright, Deceased, be, and she is hereby authorized ~

~ and directed to sell to the Buyer the Estate's following described

~ real estate in St. Lucie ~County, Florida: ~n---

~ Government Lot 6, Section 26, Zbwnship 34 South,
~ Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida; subject to
~ all rights-of-way, easements and restri'ctions which are

~ outstanding oil and mineral rights held by the State
~ of Florida; c ontaining 34 acres, more or less;

~ upon the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract for Sale ~

~ and Purchase of Real Estate, which calls for a total purchase price
for the property of Sixty-Five Thousand Dollars ($65,000.00) CASH,

r said terms and conditions being more particularly set forth in the
~ Contract for sale and Purchase of Real Estate, copy of which is
~ attached to the Petition and made a part thereof by reference; and
