That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in

lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida; together with the ioa-
provements thereon and all furniture, fixtures and equipment contained
therein, replacements thereof and additions thereto.

erected thereon, together with and including all of the boilers, machines, heating plant, Gghting plant, and all j
plumbing apparatus, fixtures, appliances, ventilating equipment, toilets, basins, electric heating and lighting
plants, lighting fiaLures, power machinery, plant or plants for running and operation of passenger or other eievators,
including passenger and other elevators, venetian blinds, refrigerators, ranges, awnings and shutters, now or hereafter
iocated in the building upon said 2and, and all other machinery, appliances and apparatus now or hereaher placed on said
premises, either in renewal ot replacement of fixtures, machinery, appliances and appurtenances originally installed on
said premises, in connection with the completion thereof or in addition thereto which may hereafter be placed upon the ~
above described land, which said fixtures, machinery. appGances and appurtenances the Mortgagor warrants shall be y
free from any encumbrances, retention of title or other claims in favor of any other person and that this deed shall be a '3a

TO HAVE AND 'Pn ~iO1,D all end singular the said property hereby conveyed, mortgaged. pledged or assigned
by the :4tortgagor, or intended so to be, unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple.
r And the biortgagor covenants with the Mortgagee, that the Mortgagor hes full power and lawfu! right to cohvey
said land in fee simple es aforesaid: that it shall be lewful for the Mortgagee at all times peaceably and quietly to enter
upon, hold, occupy and ent~v said land: that said land is free from all encumbrances except as mev be herein described:
~ that the Mortgagor will make auch further ssaurances to perfect the fee aimple title to said land in tbe Mortgagee ae may
reasonably be required; and that the Mortgagor hereby fully warranta the title to said land and vvill defead the same
against the lawftil claima of all persona whomeoever.
