FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court on the
motion of Plaintiff for the entrance of final judgment, the Court here-
in acknowledges that default was entered by the Clerk of this Court -
on the 22nd day of May, 1973; that the Court further acknowledges that
an Affidavit of Proof, sworn to by the Plaintiff, is of record, and
the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as foll.ows :
1. That the entrance of default, entered by the Clerk of
this Court be, and it is hereby, affirmed and ratified.
2. That the Plaintiff do have and recover from the Defendants,
GENE SYKES and BETTY SYKES, his wife, d/b/a FORT PIERCE SHOE REPAIR, the
principal sum of $3,219.17, together with interest to date of this Judg-
ment in the sum of $1,203.36, making a total judgment due from Defen-
dants unto Plaintiff in the sum of $4,422.53, for all of which let ex-
ecution issue.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, in St. Lucie County, Florida,
