THIS DEED, made this 2nd day of October , 19 73
by ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, party of the first part, and the
HUTCHINSON ISLANL LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a limited partnership existing
under the laws of the State of Florida,whose mailing address is
P. O. Box 4373, Fort Pierce, Florida party of the
second part.
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of $1.00 to it in hand paid by the party of
the second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained and sold~to the party of the second part, its successors and
assigns, forever, the following described land, lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
That part of the South 60 feet of Government Lot
3, Section 7, Township 35 South, Range 41 East,
lying East of the right of way~conveyed to the
City of Fort Pierce by deed recorded in Deed Book
231 at page 228 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
