The Assignor assiqns, transfers, and sets over unto the Assignee all of the Assiqnor's right, title and 3nterest in and to the following: (a) All present and future leases between the Assiqnor, as Lessor, and third parties, as Lessees, on the entire premises, or any part thereof, situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows (hereinafter referred to as t e Prem~ses"), to-wit: See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. (b) All rents, profits, and income derived from any of the aforesaid leases and any renewals or extensions thereof or options thereunder together with all rents, profits, and income for the use and occupancy of the premises described in any of the leases, hereby assigned, and from all leases of the Premises, or any part thereof, which may be executed in the future during the term of this Assignment. • (c) All rents, profits, and income derived from the real estate and any bui2dinqs and improvements thereon. (d) All agreements, service contracts, and insurance policies- affecting Premises. 2. This Assignment is made to secure the following: (a) Payment of the principal szun and interest, evidenced by a Promissory Note and any amendments, extensions, or renewals thereof or future advances thereunder, as therein provided, in the original principal sum of SEVEN HUNDRED FI TY THO SAND 00 100 DOL $ ) . made by the Assignor in favor of the Assignee, and dated the day of _ October , 197~, hereinafter referred to as t e note", as secured by a mortgage of even date therewith on the Premises, hereinafter referred to as the "mortgage". (b) Payment of a2Z other sums, with interest, which may become due and payable to the Assignee under this Assignment or under the note or mottqaqe. (c) Assignor's performance and discharge of every obligation ? and agreement of the Assignor under this Assignment or under the note and mortgage.
