its sole option, to demand, receive, and enforce payment and to qive receipts,
releases, and satisfactions and to sue for all sums payable either in the
name of the Assignor or in the name of the Assiqnee, with the same force and
effect as the Assignox could have done if this Agreement had not been made.
14. The Assignee is hereby given the privilege of assigning all of
its right, title, and interest in and to this Assignment to any person, firm
cr corporation to which the note and mortqaqe are assigned, and in such manner
so that the holder of such note and mortgaqe shall have all of the rights and
~rivileqes qiven herein to the Assignee as if such Assignee were origirally
named herein as the Assiqnee. ,
15. This Assignment, together with the agreements, covenants and '
warranties contained herein, shall inure to the benefit of the Assiqnee and ;
any subsequent holder of the note and mort~age and shall be bindinq upon the
tissignor and any subsequent owner of the mortgaged premises and shall be con-
strued in accordance with the Laws of the State of Florida.
