JOHNSON, husband, and FLORA ELLEN JOHNSON, wife. FINAL JUDGN~TT DISSOI,UTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the ~th day_of Octaber, 1973, and the -Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines. this Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and sub~ect matter of this suit; tha the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon, . ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: ~ l. Dissolution of i•4arriage. The marriage between CARL J. JOHNSON i ~ and FLORA ELLEN JOHNSON be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties ~ and each of them are hereby forever freed from the b~nds of matrimon, heretofor i ; existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ 2, Property. The property settlement agreement of the~arties ente ~ ~ as a Stipulation dated October 2, 1973, and admitted into evidence is hereby incoroorated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply With the provisions thereof, to-wit: that the real property described as: Lot 8 and tt~e South 5 feet of the vacated alley ad~acent ~ thereto, of Block 3, OLEANDER GARDENS SUBDIVISZON, as per ~ plat thereof filed in tne public records of St. Lucie - County, Florida, including ~.11 furnishings and all other ~ articles of personalty noy present in or on the property, ~ ~ be auarded to FLORA ELLEPJ JO:~iSON as a lump sum alimony payment and in the ~ absence of a deed of conveyance from CARL J. ~TOHIISON consistent thereWith, with-~ . in five (5) days after date, +he said real property shall trans°er to the said ~ FLORA ELLE'~1 ~OHNS0:1 by operation of law. ~~N ~r 3. Fees and Costs. The Court determines the suff~ of $350.00 to be v,;; .T; reasonable attorne~rs fees and costs for the wife's attorney for his services herein and CARL J.
