band and HAZEL TINDELL, Wife. .
ORDER
. This cause coming on for temporary hearing this date and it
appearing to the Court that the parties hsve reached a temporary agreement
as hereinafter evidenced and the Court being fully advised, therefore, ~
thereupon, it is hereby ~
CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGID as follows:
1. That the husband, WILLIE C. TINDELL, pending the outcome of
this cause or until further Order of the Court shall p~y $40.00 support for ~
the minor children, allocated $25•00 for Marilyn Joyce and $15.00 for Willie W
per ~eek and in addition thereto that WILLIE C. TINDELL shall pay $97•32 per
month as the amount of the car pa~yment, obligation of the parties.
2. That the $40.00 per Week support p~y~ients shall be paid on or~
before October 8, i973 and on Monday of each Week thereaf~er until changed by
' 1 Order of the Court and that the said car payments shall be made on or before

! the 12th of each month beginning October 12, 1973 ar_d continue until further

~ order of the Court.

Q Each p~yment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
~
~ remitted pror.~ptl,y to HAZEL TINDELL. In addition there is hereby assessed the
~
~ sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
~ All payments shall be nade in cash, noney order or cashier's check. Both of
~
the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their
~ ,
~ nailing and residence addresses at a~l times which this order is in effect.

~ 3• ihat each of the parties be and each is hereby en~oined and
~
~ ~ restrained fro~ harrassing, molesting and/or intinidating the other party and
- that the husband shall have reasonable rights of visitation with the children

tentatively fixed on Saturday afternoons by telepnone call notice.
