between THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI, as Co-Executor, of the
Last Will and Testament of FRANK HERSHEY, deceased, and LEA NESSA HERSHEY,
the widow if FRANK HERSHEY, deceased, and GEORGE HERSHEY, Individually and
as Co-Executors of the Last Will and Testament of FRANK HERSHEY. deceased~ par-
ties of the first part, and ROBERT L. BELLO a~d ANGELA BELLO, his wife, of the
County of St. Lucie and the State of Florida whose address is 358 Husted Terrace,
Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450, parties of the second part,
W ITNESSETH :
That parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10. 00) and other good and valuable considerations to them in hand paid by
the said pa.rties of the second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have
granted, bargained and sold to.the parties of the second part, their heirs, successors,
and assigns, forever, the following described land situate, lying and being in the
County of Dade and State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 10, Block 66 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 25, a Subdivision,
a.ccording to the Pla.t thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, at
Pages 32 and 32A through 32I of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.

SUBJECT TO easements and restrictions of record and taxes for
