HFRSHEY, deceased, for authority to sell the real property hereina.fter
described; and it appearing to the Court that petitioner has received an offer
of $3, QQO. 00, a1Z cash, for said property, subject proration of taxes fox the
current year, and subject also to a brokerage commission of $3U0. 00, payable
out of the proceeds of sale; and it further appearing to the Court that it is in
the best interest of the estate and of those interested therein, .that said offer
be accepted and the property sold; and tha Court being advised in the premises,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK ~F
