Comes now THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MiAMI, LEA NESSA HERSHEY
and GEORGE HERSHEY, as Co-executors of the Last \Vill and Testament of FRANK
HERSHEY, deceased, and respectfully show unto the Court as follows :
Included among the assets of the estate is the following described parcel
of improved real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 10, Block 66, Port St. Lucie Section 25, as recorded in
Plat Book 13 at Pa.ges 32, 32A through 32I of the Public Records
of St. Lucie Connty, Florida;
The above described property has been valued at $1, 720. 00 in the inventory
filed ~vith this Court January 25, 1973. Petitioners have received an offer of

~ ~3, 000. 00, all cash, for the said property, ~subject to the proration of taxes for
~ the current year, -and subject also to a brokerage commission in the amount of

5 S3a0. 00 payaole out of the proceeds of the sale. Petitioners believe it to be in
the best interest of the estate and those interested therein that the said offer be

~ accepted and the property sold.

tiVHEREFORE, petitioners pray that an order may be entered herein
-.authorizing them to sell the property herein described, upon the terms and con-
~ ditions herein set forth, and that they be authorized to make such sale at private

sale, and to ea:ecute any and all instruments necessary to consumate the sale.
