Elevendi Judicial Circuit, ProUate No. ?2-5993), and the said LEA NESSA
HERSHEY, and GEORGE ALLEN HERSHEY,~ together ~vith THE FIRST
NATIONAL B.ANK OF MLAMI, Miami, Florida, being the Co-E.cecutors
of the estate and designated Trustees of the Trust under said Will, do
~ hereby consent to the sale of the follo~ving described real pr•operty belong-
in~ to this Estate at a sale price of $3, 000. 00, upon the terms and conditions
set forth in the within Petition for Authority to Sell Real Property;
Lot 10, Block 66, Port St. Lucie, Section 25, as recorded
in Plat Book 13 at Pages 32, 32A through 32I of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
