TO ALL SHERIFFS AND CONSTABLES OF SAID STATE:
YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to attach so much of the lands,
tenements, goods and chattels of Frederick R. Pease as may be
sufficient to satisfy the sum of Four Hundred Seventy-Two
_ ($472.00) Dollars plus the costs of this suit, in whomsoevers
hands or possession the same may be, and to hold the same for
further proceedings, according to law, including the Petition
of the Wife to require the Husband to post bond in the sum of

run northerly along road right-of-way to a point
