FOR VALUE RECENID, the undersigned promises to pay to the order
; of BON CHA.~TCE GROVES, INCORPORATID, a Florida corporaLion, the swri of

(~i22,120.00) with interest fran the 5 day of October, 1973, at the
rate of Seven per cent (70) per annum on the unpaid balance, payable as

Principal and interest shall be payable in seven equal
annual installments comnencing on the S day of October,
. 1974, and continuing on the 5 day of October of each

of October, 1980, when the principal balance then re-
maining unpaid plus accrued interest thereon to date

This note may be prepaid in whole at any time after

" judice or prevent the holder of this note fra~n pursuing any of its
~ rights and remedies with respect to any security given for the payment
