to, the Nortgagor or aonstructed, assembled or placed by the Nortgagor on the Premises,
and all convexsions of the ser.urity const~tutc.~d thc.•reby, immediate2y up~n such aoquisition,
release, c~anstruction, ass~labling, placement or ~nversion, as the case may be, and ~n
each sach case, with~ut ariy further mortyage, c~onveyane~•, assignment or other act by
the Mvrtgagor, sha11 become subject to the Iien of this mortgage as fu21y and c~ompletely,
and with the s~eeffect, as though now owned by th~~ Plortg~qor and speciFically descritx~d
in the qrariting clause hereof, but at any and all times the Mortyagor will execute and
de2~ver to th~ 1~lortyaqee any and all such Furthear assurances, rmrtyages, ~nveyancc.~s
or assignments thereof as the Mortyagee may z~asonaLly require for the purpose oF ex-

5. The ltortgagor shall not, without first obtaining the written consent of
the Mortgagee, rn~rtqage or encumb~:: the mortgaged property or assign or attempt to
assign the rents or any part thereoF from said property; the Nortgagor sha11 not in any
other manner impair or threaten to impair the value of the mortgaged property or the
security of the llortgagee for the payment of the rrqrtgage debt.
