called the Mortgagee, which term as used in every instance shall include the Mortgagee's successors, iegal ~epresenta-
tives, and assigns, as party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, 7hat for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in m~sideration of the agg~egate
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter deutibed, the Mo~tgagor does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, ihe following described
real estate, of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, and in actual possession, situate in the County of

gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at ~ts option, at anyt~me w~rh~r. twenry (20) years frem rhe date hereof and be-
fore full payment vf th~s mortgage and noies secu~eJ he~eby; make fu~ther advances to the Morrgagor ar,d any such
further advances, w~th ~nteresr, shall be secured by th~s morrgage and sha~l be ev~denced by an add~t~onal note then
~npaid, and the rotal amounr of indebteciness that may be secured by rh~s R,ortgage may decrease or ~ncrease frorn t~me
