If Purchaser giaes a mortgage on the herein referred to premises, to secure to Seller any of the purchase ~
money therefor. it shall be designated therein as being giti•en for thai purpose; it shall be accompanied ~
by the usual bond: both shal! contain the usaal statutory interest. insurance, tax, assessment and =
recei~jership claases, if Seller so reqiiires. '
It is especially agreed and understood by the Purchaser that the Seller has a contract for the purchase ;
