PHILIP C. GATES and BARBARA G. GATES, his wife; and CHARLES B. GATES,JR.
and PHILIP C. GATES, as Trustees of the C. BERNARD GATES TRUST, herein-
after called Grantor to PHILIP C. GATES~ JR. and SONJ~ M. GATES, his '

Fort Pierce of the County of St. Lucie

of Florida , hereinafter called the Grantee:
W I T N E S S E T H:
THAT said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00)
Dollars, and other good and valuable consi.derations to said Grantor in
hand paid by said Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
nas granted, bargained and sold to the said Grantee, and Grantee's heirs
and assigns forever, the following described land, situate, lying and
being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
That part of Lot 9 of Andrews & Richards Subdivision -
lying East of South Second Street, as per Plat of
said subdivision filed in Plat Book 2, Page 24, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
AND said Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land,
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whom-
soevex.
