j This note shall be payable in equal succeseive, monthly inatallments
~ of $131.36 each, said installments to be applied tirst to principal
~ and then to i.nterest. The installiaents shall-b~ prorated between
~ the payees on the basis of :~~3 to Charles B. Gates and :~,/3 to C.
~ Bernard Gates Trust. Privilege of prepaymant without penalty, at
~ anytime, is granted payors. The first of the installments herein
