VICTOR BUTLER, JR., Administrator c.t.a. of the estate of AIILEY E. ~"1'RAYER a/k/a I~{ILEY EUGENE STRAYER, deceased, party of the first part , ;llld SIDNEY .I. FRIED and MINNIE FRIED, his ~vife, party of the second part WITNESSETH; Said party of the first part, C. VICTOR BUTLER, JR., :~dministrator c.t.a. of the Estate of MILEY E. STRAYER, on the 17th ~lay of biay, A.D. 1973, by petition applied to the County Judge in and for St . Lucie County, Florida, for authority to sell certain real estate . in said County hereinafter described, averring it is necessary and ex- pedient to sell the same and also each and every jurisdictional fact; and , ti~e prayer in said petition having appeare d to and found by said Ju dge to be reasonable and just and said petition true and the sale to the~ best in- terest of said Estate of DfILEY E. STRAYER a/k/a MILEY EUGENE STRAYER, de- ceased, said Court rendered the order dated the 17th day of I~tay, A.D. 1973, directing said party of the first part to sell the said real estate at pri- ~-ate sale; and thereupon the said party of the first p art contracted to ~ell the said real estate to the said party of the second p art ~o r the sum of O~E THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS, and said party of the first part re- i~orted said contract to said Court, and said Court being fully advised in the premises finds that'~ the price offered for said real estate and said ~.ontract fair and reasonable, and that the conditions of such sale such a~ the interest of said ESTATE OF MILEY E. STRAYER• a/k/a riILEY EUGEVE ~"I'RAYER, deceased, required, by order rendered on the 17th day of May,A.D. 1973, ratified and confirmed said contract of sale and ordered said party of the first part to execute the deed to said p arty of the second part of t}~e real estate as hereinbefore set forth: Lot 13, Block 728, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTIOr EIGHTEEN, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat book 13, pages 17 and 17A through 17K, Public Records of St. Lucie , County, Florida. ` ; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum of ONE F I~HOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS, in hand paid,~said party of the first part i i he reby grants , bargains , sel l s, al iens , remises , releases , conveys and t ; ~onfirms unto the said party of the second part,=and to its heirs (successors) ; ~ :~1~d assigns forever, said ce rtain land in said County of St. Lucie, State ; ~ of Florida, described as follows,-to-wit: ? ~ Lot 13, Block 728, PORT ST.
