TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS AND ALL OTHERS IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit was instituted by the above
named Petitioner, CITY OF FORT PIERCE, Florida, for the use and benefit
of FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY, against the above named defendants,
on the day of October , A.D. 1973, in the above entitled Court,
involving the following described property, situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
PARCEL I
The North 75 feet of Lots 3 and 4, less the North 75
feet of the East 335 feet of said Lot 4, and the East
335 feet of said Lot 4, of Garden City Farms in Section
4, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 2, page 5, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
PARCEL II
The East 30 feet of Lots 5 and 8, of Garden City Farms
in Section 4, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, as per
glat thereof recorded 3n Plat Book 2, page 5, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The relief sought as to such property is to co ndemn the same for a
public purpose, to-wit: Loeation of an electric substation, and distribution ~
and transmission lines therefrom for means of ingress and egress to said
utility electric substation, for the electric substation of the FORT PIERCE
UTILITIES AUTHORITY, and other relief against the above named defendants.
