held in contempt of court for his failure to allow the wife,

Smith, minor child of the parties, as set out in ~e Final Judgme t

Dissolution of Marriage dated October 1, 1973. Wife requests
additional attorneys fees and costs with this on~e t action.

It.appearing to the Court from the foregoing Motion that th
