the West right-of-way line of U.S. #1, also known as State
Rd~: ~5) of Lot 56, MARAVILLA GARDENS, UNIT l, as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, page 55 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The total amount of indebtedness secured hereby may decrease or
increase from time to time, but the total unpaid balance so
~ secured at any one time shall not exceed the principal sum of
I$150,000.00 plus interest thereon and any disbursements made
, for the payment of taxes, levies or insurance on the property
~ covered by the lien of this mortgage, with interest thereon;
and this mortgage shall secure any and all additional or further
monies which may be advanced by Mortgagee to the Mortgagor after
the date hereof, which future advances of money, if made, shall

~ as shall be determined from time to time, but any and all such
