NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT
I herewith give notice as provided in Section 713.13, Florida
Statutes, that improvements described as a restaurant building
. will be commenced within 30 days after the recording of this
notice upon the real property situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described as:
The East 480 feet (said East 480 feet being as measured from
the West right-of-way line of U.S. #1, also known as State
Rod ~5) of Lot 56, MARAVILLA GARDENS, UNIT 1, as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, page 55 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
owned by Alexander Leo Johnson, a/k/a A1 Johnson, and Mary Ellen
Johnson,~his wife.
The firm who will make said improvements under direct
contract is Ruby Builders, Inc.; of Orlando, Florida.
The name and address of the owner's authorized agent within
this State on whom may be served notices or other documents con-
cerning said improvements is A1 Johnson, 2633 South U.S. #1,
(P. O. Box 3659), Fort Pierce, Florida.
Copy of notice to owner as provided in Section 713.13(1)(f)
Florida Statutes is also to be sent to the First National Bank
