The Declaration of Condominium of Outdoor Resorts at Nettles
Island, Inc. sets forth as its declared intent that all lots,
parcels or units shall be reserved and restricted for recrea-
tional vehicle sites for camping trailers. Included within
such category are tent type folding trailers, pick up campers,
modern travel trailers and other similar types of trailers
and equipment that are mobile, hereinafter referred to as the
"principal carrying facility". No permanent or semi-permanent
structure may be erected on any site in the subdivision nor
may any trailer which is designed as permanent living quarters
be located or placed on any site.
In accordance with these objectives, your Board of Directors
in the interest and for the benefit of the Association hereby
, announces the adoption of the following Rule and Regulation
~ hereinafter to appear in the By-Laws as Article XVI Rules and
Regulations, Section 3, Rule and Regulation 1-b, which reads
R as follows:

~ "That style unit which is designated as a
; double tip-out, indicating that it has two
g tip-out modules, is hereby excluded from use
~ within the subdivision as of this 3ate."

~ Those units which are already in the subdivision are to be
~ considered in a grandfather clause situation. Their owners
may continue to use them.for the life of the unit, however,
~ they may not transfer that right to another individual nor
~ may they replace their unit with a ther tip-out unit when
~ the gresent unit is destroyed, s d~ etc. ~
