The Declaration of Cond~minium of Outdoor Resorts at Nettles
Island, Inc. sets forth as its declared intent the creation
and maintenance of an area designated for the maximum beauty
and benefit of RV owners. To insure that all lots, parcels or ~
units shall be r~serveu and restricted for use as recreational
vehicle sites, as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium,
the ;ss~ciatior's Board of Directors is empowered by Article XVI,
Section 2, of the Condominium's By-Laws to, from ~ime to time,
adopt rules and regulations governing and restricting the use
and ~:aintenance ~f t; e condomini um units .

In accordance with tiiese objectives, your Board of Directors,
' in tfie interest and for the beaefit of-the Association, hereby
~ announces the adoption of the following Rule and Regulation
~ herein after to arpear in the B~-Laws as Article XV~ Rules and
~ Requlaticn, Section 3, Rule and P.egulation 1-a, ~ahich reads as
; follows: ~

; "Any and all additions a^d/:,r alteraticns to the ~
~ condominium unit as purchased, that is the typical =
~ site, sha~l first be approved by the Board of `
Directors of the Association or that person, persons t
~ or committee whom they may, from time to time, designate {
