The Declaration of Condominium of Outdoor Resorts at Nettles Island
states in Article XVI, Section 3, Rule and Regulation 9:
"The unit owner shall not_pe~nr~~- or suffer any-
thing to be done or kept in his unit which will
increase the rate of insurance on the condominium
property, or which will abstruct or interfere
with the right of other unit owners or annoy
them by unreasonable noises, or otherwise; nor
shall the unit owner permit any nuisance, immoral
or illegal act in or about the condominium property."
In accordance with these objectives, your Board of Directors in the
interest and for the benefit of the Association, hereby announces
the adoption of the following Rule andRegulation hereinafter to
; appear in the By-Laws as Article XVI Rules and Regulations, Section
' 3, Rule and Regulation 9-a, which reads as follows:

; "The use of all motor vehicles including auto-
' mobiles, motorcycles, mini-bikes, golf carts and
€ all vehicles which are powered by some type of
~ motor and used for transporting people on the
~ roads of the resort is restricted to persons
; holding valid operator's liscenses or learner
~ permits. These licenses or permits must comply
~ with the laws governing the right to operate a
~ motor vehicle in the State of Florida."
~ It is in the interest of safety that this rule has been adopted.
It is necessary to protect the safety and welfare of all guests in
~ the resort who have a right to enjoy the safe use of our roads and
~ who have.a right to expect that the operators of motor vehicles on
~ the roads are experienced and qua ' ied ope to .
