THIS DEED, executed the~~_day of _~~p~fw.4`R , 1973,
by GEORGE P. PUTNAM and MARIE W. PUTNAM~ s w e, rantors,
to ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of
Florida, Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the said Grantors, for-and in consideration of the
sum of $10.00 in hand paid by the Grantee, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, and for other good and valnable consid-
eration, do hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the
said Grantee that certain parcel of land, situate, lying and
being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, more
particularly described as follows:

Section 14, Township 34 South, Range 39 East, Less
rights of way for canals and roads.
as long as ownership of said land is vested in the Grantee
or its successors in interest, and as long as said land is used
solely as a public park and for no other purpose, public or
private. It is the intention of the Granors to create a fee
simple d'eterminable and it is the understanding of the parties
hereto that any construction on said premises of any structure
or appurtenance to be used other than for recreational purposes
shall be considered a cessation of use as a public park. Should ,
awnership of said land become vested in a party other than the
Grantee or its successors in irtterest, or should the Grantee or
its successors in interest cease to use the said land as~a public
park, then and in either such event, the title to said land shall
automatically revert to and vest in the Grantors, their heirs or
assigns.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said land together with all and singular
~ the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
