of any of the terms hereof, or of any iastrument executed by Borrowera in conn-
ection herewith, or iA the payment of any indebtedness cr obligation of Borrowers
now or hereafter owing to Bank, 8ank may, at its election, in addition to all other
remedies and rights which it may have by law, declare the entire raemaining un-
paid principal and interest of auy such obligations or indebtednesa then remaining
unpaid to the Bank due and payable forthwith.
Borrower hereby asaigns to Bank ali moneys due or to become due to Borrower
as rental or otherwise for or on account of such real property, reserving unto
